In December 2004, EZI instructed CC to work on their behalf in project managing the refurbishment of their UK headquarters in Mayfair, London. The company had selected a D&B contractor and asked CC to negotiate their contract, provide cost saving options and manage the project on EZI’s behalf. The project included temporary relocation of staff to allow the phased refurbishment to take place.
